COMPETITIONS

Welcome to Planet X. This is a ROOTS/ STREET STYLES competition open to anything under the umbrella of Hip-Hop, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Street Jazz, Break, Tap,  Root styles such as  African, Latin styles - combinations of ANY, ALL, or IN BETWEEN.

Planet X is a competition event that is based in a growth mindset. Our choreographers and Judges offer mentorship sessions with the dancers throughout the competition, constructive and detailed feedback on routines, inspiring question and answer sessions for dancers, and workshops for teachers. A freestyle battle and "On The Spot" battle offer opportunities for individual dancers to shine and be supported by their community.
